Diego Freitas, M.D.

Earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in Bethesda, Maryland before completing his residency with David Grant Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Freitas is board certified in Internal Medicine and spent 20 years as an Air Force physician. His medical interests include adult ambulatory care, cardiology and geriatrics.

Dr. Freitas is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Paul Freitas, M.D.

Earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in Bethesda, Maryland, before completing his residency in family practice at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

Dr. Freitas is board certified in Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners.

Lori Freitas, ARNP

Received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is a board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Mrs. Freitas's medical interests are in Women's Health and Pediatrics.
